Highdrama In Kodangal: Revanth Reddy Arrested:- In a major highdrama, Congress fire brand leader and Working President Revanth Reddy has been arrested by the Telangana cops during the early hours of today ahead of Telangana Chief Minister KCR's visit in Kodangal. Visuals of cops breaking up Revanth Reddy's home and arresting him surfaced across social media. The young politician has been taken into custody at 3 AM today and MLA's aides argued with the cops demanding a copy of the arrest warrant.

The cops clarified that the arrest has been preventive on the orders of Election Commission after Revanth Reddy called the people of his constituency to boycott the meeting of KCR that will take place today. The arrest created tense situations all over and the security has been beefed up with KCR's visit. Several Congress leaders criticized TRS and Telangana Government for misusing the power and getting Revanth Reddy arrested.

Revanth Reddy's wife Geetha Reddy spoke to the press calling it an attack on the people of Kodangla. "Cops broke into our room at 3 AM and around 40 cops forced him and picked up. He is not a terrorist. We don't know if they are state police or task force" said Geetha. KCR will address people of Kosgi, Kodangal today at 3 PM.
