Chandra Babu Will Not Attend Court: Will Address UN Forum:- Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Chandra Babu Naidu received a shock from a Maharashtra court after he has been asked to attend before them on September 21st regarding the Babli project. Babu took his time and after discussing with hi close aides, he decided to skip the court and instead he would attend the United Nations Organisation (UNO) Forum meet which has been scheduled on September 24th. Babu has been asked to address at the International Forum by UNO which happens to be a rare opportunity.

Chandra Babu decided to send his lawyers to make their submissions and argue on behalf of Chandra Babu in the Maharashtra Court. Chandra Babu along with 18 others have been issued non-bailable warrants in Babli agitation case that took place 8 years ago. Chandra Babu decided to skip the court so as to attend the prestigious UNO Forum Meet. Babu will speak on "Financially sustainable agriculture: Global challenges and Opportunities” at the UNO Forum meet which begins on September 22nd.
