Telangana Elections To Be Held Within Six Months:- Telangana Assembly has been dissolved on the decision of Chief Minister KCR and the state's Governor approved KCR's decision and asked him to continue as internm Chief Minister. The Election Commission on the other hand has been busy finalizing the dates to conduct the Assembly elections in the state. A team of officers from the Election Commission of India headed to Telangana to monitor the situations and finalize the dates. State's Electoral Officer Rajath Kumar has been interacting with them.
Rajath Kumar today revealed that the elections in Telangana will be conducted in less than six months after the dissolution of the state's Assembly. Rajath Kumar even revealed that the Collectors and other officials of all Telangana districts have been informed the same and they are educating the people about them. The EVM machines will be examined in the presence of all the political parties before the elections and the EVMs would reach Telangana by September 20th. Rajath Kumar kept a close eye on the happenings in the state.
