AP Govt Declares Three Days Holidays For Schools:- Andhra Pradesh Government declared three days holidays for schools from June 19th to 21st considering the huge rise in temperatures in the state. HRD Minister Ganta Srinivas Rao announced the news and Adityanath Das, special chief secretary issued the orders accordingly. All the ZP, MP, aided and model schools will remain shut for these three days.

With students suffering from sunstrokes and the meteorology department warning about the heat wave, AP Government took this decision. The Minister warned that stringent action would be taken if any school tries holding classes during these three days. The recognition would be cancelled if the rules get violated informed Adityanath Das. Sagar Gupta, a sixth class student died of sunstroke and fever recently.
