Renowned British Physicist Stephen Hawking Passed Away:- Renowned British Physicist, cosmologist Stephen Hawking left the world in shock after he passed away at the age of 76. Stephen Hawking got paralysed due to Lou Gehrig (motor neurone disease) for decades. He was attacked by the disease when he was 21 years old. The top physicist has thirteen honorary degrees to his name and he has been awarded with CBE in 1982, Companion of Honour in 1989 and Presidential Medal of Freedom in 2009. Along with these, Stephen Hawking received several honours and medals for his work.

Stephen Hawking was a member of US National Academy of Sciences and he penned several interesting books. Some of his best works include The Large Scale Structure of Space time with G F R Ellis, A Brief History of Time, Black Holes and Baby Universes and Other Essays. Stephen Hawking managed to communicate with a device attached to his cheek muscle. Stephen Hawking was one of the finest physicists of all the time and is an inspiring soul of the century.
