Fooder Scam Verdict: Lalu Prasad Yadav Accused:- A Special CBI Court pronounced the verdict of the Fooder Scam and RJD Chief Lalu Prasad Yadav has been announced convicted by the CBI Court in Deoghar leg. The veteran politician will be sent to Birsa Munda Jail. The final punishment will be pronounced on January 3rd by the Special CBI Court. This came as a huge shock to Lalu Prasad Yadav and his family.

Recently Enforcement Directorate filed a charge-sheet on Misa Bharti, Lalu Prasad Yadav's daughter in corruption case. The allegation is that Lalu committed fraud by withdrawing Rs 89 lakhs during 1991 - 1994 from Deoghar Treasury. Former Bihar Chief Minister Jagannath Mishra along with 20 others have been facing allegations. CBI judge Shivpal Singh revealed the verdict today after a charge sheet has been filed on 38 people during 1997. The final verdict has been scheduled for January 3rd.
