Naidu Holds Surprise Inspection In Vijayawada:- Surprise inspections at different places in Vijayawada city were held by Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister, Mr. N. Chandrababu Naidu.

Naidu had started his inspection by visiting a park at old bus stand. He ordered the concerned authority there to build a walking track. Then, at different places, he inspected the Raivas Canal, of which some of them have turned into garbage dumping zone. The concerned authority was asked by the CM to keep the canal clean and beautify it.

The recurring traffic problems in the city were also discussed by Naidu. He asked the concerned departments to resolve the traffic issue. The newly constructed houses at the VAMBAY (Valmiki Ambedkar Awas Yojna) scheme were later visited by Naidu.

The Vijayawada Municipal Corporation (VMC) officials were ordered by the Chief Minister, to take responsibility of cleanliness and beautification of 29 villages around the city. Ministers Devineni Umamaheswar Rao, Kollu Raveendra, Krishna district collector Lakshmikantam, public representatives, officers of municipal department and others accompanied Chandrababu Naidu.
