Talwars Cried After Acquitted Verdict In Aarushi Murder Case:- The Allahabad High Court verdict had acquitted the dentist couple, Nupur and Rajesh Talwar in the murder of their daughter, Aarushi and maid servant Hemraj in Noida in 2008.

The couple had been awaiting anxiously for the verdict in the Dhasna jail. According to jail sources, Dr. Talwar all through the day kept himself glued to the TV set, by turning news channels to get the latest updates on his petition. He challenged the special CBI court conviction order. Talwar’s wife, Nupur was seen offering prayers in her barrack.

It is reliably learnt, that when the news channels flashed that they had been let off by the two-judge bench of the Allahabad court, the dentist couple broke down.

“Tears rolled down from Rajesh Talwar’s eyes. He did not speak to anyone for some time,” a jail official told this newspaper. “Same was the case with Nupur. She, too, broke down when she came to know her appeal has been accepted by the division bench.”

Dhasna jail superintendent DR Maurya, who visited Rajesh, said, “When we went to meet him, he hugged me and burst into tears. He said that justice has been delivered. Now, we are waiting for the certified copy of the verdict to start the release process of the dentist couple. We have done all other arrangements. They will be escorted under security to their home in Delhi.”

The crews of several TV news channels were spotted, outside Dhasna jail, with the hope that they could hear a word or two from them, if in case the Talwars were released. But, everything went in vain, when the jail authorities informed them that the couple would be released only after seeking due permission of the court on Friday.

Aarushi Talwar’s grandfather Group Captain B.G. Chitnis (Retd) V.S.M., soon after the Allahabad court verdict told a leading news channel that for the positive verict, he was thankful to the judiciary. . “It has been a stressful life since Aarushi Talwar has passed away... I am grateful for the acquittal of Rajesh and Nupur Talwar... Allow us to absorb the news. We always knew they weren’t guilty.”

Aarushi’s aunt, Vandana Talwar said that for nearly a decade the entire family had suffered as the case dragged on. “It was very exhausting and trying...,” she said. She declined to go into the merits and judgment of the case.

But, the question now arises that who killed Aarushi and domestic help, Hemraj in such a brutal way. Let us wait and see for the twists and turns in this case !
