AP CM Lays Foundation Stone For Indo-UK Health Institute In Amaravati: Setting up another milestone in the capital city, AP Chief Minister Mr. N. Chandrababu Naidu has laid the foundation stone for the Indo-UK Foundation hospital in Amaravati.

The expenditure of this health institute is expected to cost upto Rs 1,000 crore. According to the reports, this mega hospital with a 1000-bed capacity, will be affiliated even. Amaravati will even have medical College, research and training institutions, medical-related departments. The hospital will be constructed in 150 acres land in Errubalem of Mangalagiri Mandal in association with Kings College in London.

The first phase of hospital will be constructed in 50 acres and is expected to be completed by 2019 and the whole hospital construction will be completed by 2022.

Naidu during his announcement in an interaction with officials of various departments on Sunday where he said that “every common man from various parts of the state like Itchapuram, Amalapuram and Anantapur had right to enjoy the fruits of the capital city.”
