Hyd Court Gives Its Verdict On Task Force Office Explosion Case:- Hyderabad’s Nampally Court has acquitted all the ten suspects in connection with the suicide bomb attack at the Police Commissioner’s Task Force office in Begumpet.

After the prosecution failed to prove the charges leveled against the accused people, the court pronounced its verdict on Thursday. This is the second judgment in less than two months, including the one of the attack case on MLA Akbaruddin, where police failed to prove the charges.

The Suicide bomber, Dalin from Bangladesh, and a home guard, Satyanarayana, who was on duty at the Task Force office at Begumpet had died in the blast that took place in October 2005.

Out of 20 involved in the case, 10 persons got acquitted, two were killed while remaining are absconding. The judgment comes as a major relief to the families of the people, who were arrested and have been in prison for about 12 years. While cops are yet to decide to appeal this verdict in a higher court, the counsel of the accused people also said that after reading the judgment copy, they will decide on approaching a higher court for illegally detaining them in this period without any evidences.
