NIA Grills Two In Coimbatore For Supporting ISIS On Social Media:- According to police sources, two people in Coimbatore were questioned by the National Investigation Agency (NIA). It was reported that the duo were allegedly supporting the Islamic State (ISIS) on social media.
The NIA sleuths zeroed in on the duo in the city and were carrying out an inquiry, based on posts on some social media platforms. The two supporting the activities of the IS, allegedly posted content on Facebook, WhatsApp and Twitter.
Police said, the questioning was going on at the residence of one of the two people in Coimbatore on Thursday. It further added that adequate police personnel were deployed in the area.
