Vijay Mallya Quits From World Body FIA:- Liquor baron Vijay Mallya has been facing tough time after his Kingfisher Airlines ran into huge losses. Vijay Mallya pumped out huge amounts from all the nationalized banks across the country and he owes Rs 9000 crores in total. It was then he left absconding from the country. There are lot of allegations on him that he managed to transfer millions of money to his children. He has been residing in London leading a luxurious life. The Centre has been working hard to bring him back to the country.

Vijay Mallya has been disturbed by Indian youth when has been spotted during cricket matches in London and in UK. Vijay Mallya said that the media is hyperactive about him and asked them to stay come. On the other hand Supreme Court asked Vijay Mallya to appear before the court on or before July 10th and Vijay Mallya did not do that. Now Vijay Mallya has been asked to quit from the position of Indian motorsport body's top representative in the world body FIA.

After the intervention from the Sports Ministry of India, Vijay Mallya called it a quit. After he has been facing extradition to India over the debts he owes to the Indian banks, Vijay Mallya resigned before the meeting of FIA's World Motor Sport Council (WMSC) after the Sports Ministry directed this to Federation of Motor Sports Club of India (FMSCI).

Federation of Motor Sports Club of India is now in plans to nominate a new person in place of Vijay Mallya and an official announcement about the new position will be out soon. Federation of Motor Sports Club of India will nominate a new representative only in December as it cannot nominate in this tenure. Ever since the passport of Vijay Mallya has been revocked, Vicky Chandhok took the responsibility who is a deputy to Vijay Mallya. Federation of Motor Sports Club of India members refused to make any comments on Vijay Mallya’s resignation.

Mallya was also removed as FMSCI honorary chairman early this year and he seems to be losing the grip. The Centre is keen on bringing the liquor baron back to the country at any cost. The authorities are said to be in close talks with UK government explaining about the allegations Mallya has been facing. On the flipside, Vijay Mallya seems not to be bothered about the updates and he is leading a busy life in London.
