After the completion of elections in five states, the exit polls have been released last evening which gave a huge shock for Congress. Most of the exit polls predicted that BJP will grab 190-210 seats out of the 403 seats. SP united with Congress and they just had to adjust with 100-120 seats which is quite low. With BJP showing clear lead in BJP, it is almost final that the leading party will take the lead.
However Congress Vice-President Rahul Gandhi seems to have taken a dig on the exit polls and he informed that they will sure go wrong in UP’s case. He said “It happened the same in Bihar elections last time. Now exit polls are going to be wrong once again in the case of UP. We will sure win in UP and I am confident of it. I don’t believe in these opinion polls”.
