A survey conducted by Transparency International revealed that Indians are leading the list in taking bribes and the survey has been conducted across 16 Asia Pacific countries. As per the survey, every seven among the ten from the country paid a bribe. Japan has been the least corrupted country with just 0.2% respondents paying bribes. It has been revealed that most Indians have been positive and habitual of paying bribes.

The percentage of corruption has been going highly yearly which turned out to be a threat for the country. The survey has been conducted across 22,000 people after which the report has been released. Vietnam is in second place in giving bribes with over 65%. It has also been revealed that the poor and the middle class have been paying bribes in India however the things are completely different in China as the richer are offering bribes to get their works done soon.
