Big Bazaar Announces Cash Withdrawal From Stores

Since the decision of demonetization, people are facing the problem of withdrawing money due to large queues of humans outside of every bank’s branch as well as ATMs either to exchange old currency notes or to withdraw money.

Considering the increasing anger among the people against the government, India’s largest chain of super market, Big Bazaar has come up to rescue of the government. The management of the supermarket chain has announced setting up of ATMs in their 260 stores across the country.

The government has also confirmed the news and has taken out a statement saying that a maximum of Rs. 2,000 can be withdrawn from these ATMs in Big Bazaar with the help of debit cards. The people will be allowed to withdraw money from this Thursday on 24th of October 2016.

Although the move has come amid the the demonetization decision, this move will increase the sales of Big Bazaar, according to the experts.
