YSRCP  influential leader and the main investor who can easily arrange any amount of money to all the party's candidates and any party related programs is all set to quit YSRCP and join TDP very soon.

Vemireddy Prabhakar Reddy popularly known in Nellore political circles as VPR, is a loyal confidant of YS Jagan. He resigned from his post in YSRCP recently and even tried to grab a Rajya Sabha ticket from TDP as a fourth candidate.

Prabhakar Reddy also met Chandrababu to discuss about his Rajya Sabha candidacy. He later remained silent before finally deciding to join TDP. VPR played a crucial role in devising winning strategies for YSRCP's MLAs during the 2014 elections, apart from providing them financial support.

While the reasons behind VPR's tiff with Jagan and his subsequent decision to to meet Chandrababu to join TDP are unknown, YSRCP leaders are dismayed at VPR's sudden decision. VPR is all set to join the yellow bandwagon in Chandrababu's Nellore tour tomorrow.
