A 33 year old, Anthony Kulkamp Dias, a bank worker in Brazil had to undergo brain surgery. Meanwhile the doctors  wanted him to stay awake throughout the procedure, so that they could easily monitor his brain activity in real time.

So, Dias who got to accept the doctor’s order, took on the guitar and started playing his favorite songs, throughout the process of surgery.
