Islamic State for Syria and Iraq [ISIS] have now declared their war on social media and their first target is Twitter. ISIS has issued a direct threat to Twitter staff in San Fransico, US. Well this news were posted by a web portal named Vocativ that has translated the tweets of an ISIS linked group. On Sunday, a series of tweets were posted which revealed that ISIS's next target are the employees of Twitter.

However, Twitter has suspended the same account on Monday following threatening tweets. Here are few tweets that were taken before suspending the account.

“The time has arrived to respond to Twitter’s management by directly attacking their employees and physically assassinating them!! Those who will carry this out are the sleepers cells of death.”

“Every Twitter employee in San Francisco in the United States should bear in mind and watch over himself because on his doorstep there might be a lone wolf assassin waiting.”

The suspended twitter account reportedly belonged to Al Nusra Al Maqdisia, a Jerusalem-based group that vowed obeisance to the ISIS earlier this year.
