Another case was registered in the Banjara Hills Police Station on TRS President K Chandrasekhara Rao in addition to a case on him at Khammam for his remarks on the Prime Minister Manmohan Singh.

Chinta Swamy filed a case under secion 3(1) of SC ST Atrocities Act for abusing him by his caste.  The complaint also charges on other TRS leaders Subhashan Reddy, Rajasekhara Reddy, G.Padmarao and Jagdish participating in the abusive talk against him. Banjara Hills Police registered the case and allotted 512/13 to it.   

Chinta Swamy has been complaining against the way KCR collecting crores of Rupees for giving party tickets to defectors from other parties.  He also complained that KCR is belittling the Backward classes and trying to create differences between communities for achieving a political end.

Chinta Swamy warned KCR to change his ways otherwise he would stage a funeral beat (chavu dappu)   in front of his residence. He did not do it there but did yesterday in front of Telangana Bhawan.
