Kashmir Valley to be Locked Down for Two More Months:- Since August 5th, Jammu and Kashmir has been under the control of the Centre after it was announced as a union territory. The valley was locked down from the past 25 days and it is heard that it would continue to be so for the next two months. Jammu and Kashmir administration is playing the game and there are talks that the valley would be under thick watch till November or even beyond that. It will continue till the 73rd UN General Assembly session commences on September 27th informed a source.

Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi is expected to speak during the session. Jammu and Kashmir along with Ladakh will turn union territories on October 31st. The armed forces are ensuring that no unexpected incident happens in Kashmir. The threat of attacks and stone-pelting activities may take place on October 31st warned the Centre. Massive security is imposed across Jammu and Kashmir days before that Jammu and Kashmir has been announced as an union territory.
