Sujana Chowdary Should Appear Before CBI Says High Court:- TDP MP and Ex-Union Minister Y Sujana Chowdary has been facing various allegations. One of them is the Rs 71 crores Andhra Bank fraud case which is under investigation from couple of years. The CBI officials collected crucial information and served notices to Sujana Chowdary asking him to attend the investigation in CBI Office, Bengaluru on May 4th. Sujana Chowdary challenged this in Telangana High Court on Monday saying that he has no connection with Best and Crompton Engineering Projects Ltd which is accused in bank fraud of Rs 71 crores.

The Telangana High Court asked Sujana Chowdary to attend the investigation before CBI without fail. The court even asked CBI not to arrest Sujana Chowdary and complete the investigation in two days. Sujana Chowdary's lawyer too will be present during the investigation which takes place on May 27th and 28th. Sujana Chowdary has been left in deep shock with the decision of Telangana High Court. Earlier before this, Sujana Chowdary challenged that he is not a part of Best and Crompton Engineering Projects Ltd as he has no stake in the firm which is facing allegations of fraud and forgery.
