YSRCP Bans TV5 News:- YSR Congress Party is quite keen on dethroning TDP and getting to power after the upcoming Assembly and Parliament polls in Andhra Pradesh. YSRCP has been alleging against some of the news channels that are working and reporting in favor of TDP. Naming 'Yellow Media', ABN has been banned from the party meetings and press meets in the past. One more news channel TV5 too faced the same ban today from the party leaders.
YSRCP issued a press statement that TV5 will be banned from all the official party meetings, press interviews, and happenings of YSRCP. The party even asked the leaders not to attend any live debates for TV5 and it said TV5 not to invite the leaders of YSRCP for their programs. YSRCP said that TV5 has been partial and is bent towards TDP because of which YSRCP had to take such a harsh decision. YSRCP also reminded that they have banned ABN in the past on the same lines after which TV5 too has been banned from YSRCP press meets and other live coverages.
