KCR gets Positive Nod From Narendra Modi

KCR gets Positive Nod From Narendra Modi: Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao has been to New Delhi and met Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi yesterday. It has been called a courtesy meeting and KCR focused on the pending issues for the state during this meet. The transfer of Bison Polo ground which is held by the Indian Army too has been in talks. KCR's Office issued a statement that the meet has been extremely good and Narendra Modi responded on a positive nod for KCR's requests. This is the first meeting of KCR after he took oath as Chief Minister.

KCR reminded about the demand of Bison Polo ground which is a defence land in Secunderabad which is aimed for the construction of new Secretariat. The Bison Polo and Gymkhana grounds make 61 acres. The Defence Ministry already gave their approval to transfer the lands. KCR requested an Indian Institute of Informational Technology (IIIT) in Karimnagar and establishment of the Indian Institute of Management (IIM) at Hyderabad. KCR also discussed about the revival of Cement Corporation of India (CCI) in Adilabad. KCR urged Narendra Modi for releasing the funds of Rs 1000 crores for Kakatiya Mega Textile Park in Warangal. Narendra Modi responded on a positive nod on all these proposals.
