Janasena Chief Pawan Kalyan is busy touring across Andhra Pradesh and he is meeting various sets of people in the newly formed state. Though Pawan Kalyan announced that Janasena would contest in both AP and Telangana in the upcoming elections, Pawan changed plans with Assembly elections heading in Telangana soon. With his focus completely on AP, Pawan decided to skip the Assembly polls in Telangana.

Pawan made an official statement today that Janasena would not contest in Assembly polls but the party would contest in the Parliament elections that are scheduled for next year. Pawan also is keen on supporting TRS during this Assembly polls however an announcement on this is awaited. He has been conducting regular meetings with party officials and some key decisions are being taken currently.
