KTR Ready To Face Congress And TDP Alliance:- Telangana Assembly has been dissolved eight months prior to the elections. TRS wanted early elections in the state and the opposition parties are in plans to join hands to face TRS. There have been strong talks that Congress and TDP may join hands in the state to face TRS. Telangana Congress Chief Uttam Kumar Reddy yesterday said that the party is open to join hands with any party for Telangana polls. Telangana IT Minister KTR responded on the possible alliances in the state.

"Efforts are being made to beat TRS in the state which is impossible. Congress and TDP joining hands is completely opportunistic. We are not much bothered about their alliance. We are quite confident that all our welfare activities will bring us back to power in Telangana. We have fought in 2014 elections alone and we will do it now alone" said KTR during his statement.
