Modi Warns KCR About Early Polls

Modi Warns KCR About Early Polls:- Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao has been in plans to go for early polls in the state and has been considering the decision of his leaders and party supporters. He expressed his idea of early polls with Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi couple of times and Modi stepped out with his view on KCR's idea during his recent visit to New Delhi. Narendra Modi is said to have left the decision of early polls to KCR himself. Modi even called it a risk saying that they are not aware when Election Commission would conduct the polls.

KCR expected an assurance from Narendra Modi to hold the Assembly elections this December. For this to happen, the state government has to dissolve the Assembly in September. The Election Commission can then move forward to held elections in the state along with other states which are expected to take place in December. If EC doesn't decide and take Telangana for elections in December, KCR's plan will fail. The Assembly and Parliament elections in Telugu states are scheduled to take place during April - May 2019  but KCR was in plans to go for early polls and form the government with great majority once again.
