Nirbhaya Case Rapists Should Be Hanged Says Supreme Court:- The Supreme Court today rejected a review petition of the three adult convicts who have been awarded death sentence in Nirbhaya gangrape that took place in 2012. The brutal attack left the country in shock and they have been awarded death sentence. A bench comprising Chief Justice of India Dipak Misra and Justices R Banumathi and Ashok Bhushan delivered the verdict today.

Mukesh (29), Pawan Gupta (22) and Vinay Sharma (23) will be hanged soon. The six rapists raped a woman who boarded a bus with her male friend in New Delhi. The incident took place on December 17th 2012 and passed away on December 29th the same year.Ram Singh, one among the accused committed suicide in Tihar Jail later. The other one was a juvenile and was released after three years. The Supreme Court called the incident brutal, barbaric and diabolic nature".
