How Telangana Beat AP In GES Race:- Telangana government felt it as a honor to host the Global Entrepreneurship Summit 2017 which will witness the presence of over 1500 delegates from 170 countries. With Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi inaugurating the event, US President Donald Trump's daughter Ivanka Trump is turning out to be the major attraction of the event which starts today. Before Telangana, the government of Andhra Pradesh had serious plans of hosting Global Entrepreneurship Summit and inviting Ivanka Trump.

A source revealed that United States Authorities turned down the requst placed by Chandra Babu Naidu in his newly formed state after which the offer was left to Telangana. Babu felt that Ivanka's visit will sure make Andhra Pradesh's image go international but things of such sort didnot happen. AP Government informed US Consolate that the Global Entrepreneurship Summit can take place either in Amaravathi or in Vishakapatnam but US rejected. Chandra Babu is a disappointed man while Telangana government is busy making the event a grand success.
