Talwars To Be Freed Today From Dasna Jail In Ghaziabad:- The dentist couple, Nupur and Rajesh Talwar will be freed from Ghaziabad’s Dasna jail on Monday. The duo have been acquitted by the Allahabad High Court, in the murder case of their 14-year old daughter Aarushi and maid servant Hemraj.

The Talwars were expected to walk out from the Dasna jail on Friday, but the delayed necessary paperwork and the weekend pushed their release on Monday. On Thursday, the Allahabad High Court acquitted the Talwars in the murder case. The CBI had implicated them in the murder of their daughter Aarushi, who was found dead at their Noida residence in 2008.

According to the reports, as per Section 437 (a) of the CrPC,  the Talwars will have to furnish a surety even after their acquittal. This is to be done to ensure  that they will be present in the court in case the state files an appeal in a higher court. After the announcement of their acquittal, the duo breathed a sigh of relief, said Dr Maurya, the jailor of Dasna jail. The journey has been exhausting for the family, said Vandana Talwar, Aarushi’s aunt.

“We are deeply relieved and grateful to God for the verdict. It’s been an exhausting journey for us and it has been very trying time for our family. We have suffered a lot for almost ten years,”she said while addressing the media.

A two judges bench comprising Justice B K Narayan and Justice Arvind Kumar Mishra, passed on the judgment in the case.

But the question arises, who is involved in the double murder case? A few days back, the Allahabad High Court has pointed to the Talwars compunder, Krishna as the main suspect.
