RBI Announces New Rs 50 Notes:- After Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi announced demonetization of currency in the country, people struggled with crisis. New Rs 2000 and Rs 500 notes have been released banning the old Rs 1000 and Rs 500 notes. The situations have slowly come to normal and Modi revealed his view of digital transactions coming high but unfortunately, there has a slight growth in digital transactions despite of the currency crisis.
The Reserve Bank of India now announced the introduction of new Rs 50 notes and the old notes will be valid. A new fluorescent blue Rs 50 banknote in the Mahatma Gandhi series has been making rounds and the news is that the new notes look small and slim than the existing Rs 50 notes. The pictures of these notes have been going viral all over across the social media circles. The dimensions of the new note will be 66mm x 135mm.
A new feature of the new note is that it will have a motif of Hampi with the chariot and Swachh Bharat logo. The note will also have the slogan on the other side. The Reserve Bank of India disclosed the look of the new note and revealed the new highlights. The announcement has been out after the social media has been filled with the bundles of the new notes.
