An open discussion should be convened in the Ramlila Maidan to discuss the corruption issue in the Delhi Government, demanded Mishra and further hurled a banner inside the House.

The sacked minister was warned by Speaker Ram Niwas Goel, but he however continued. Later, Goel ordered that Mishra be marshalled out. About three-four AAP members manhandled Mishra, before the marshals could reach him.

Mishra told the reporters outside the assembly, “Before being marshalled out I was attacked by Madan Lal, Jarnail Singh and some other members.”

He further claimed, that he was kicked and punched in the chest by the AAP legislators. Mishra said “the cameras were switched off at that time”.

Mr Mishra said, “I had written a letter to the Speaker on Mr Kejriwal’s corruption and had asked to be allowed to speak, but I was attacked.”

The incident exposed AAP as a frustrated group said the BJP. “This is how they deal with people who try to raise their voice,” said the party’s Shahnawaz Hussain.

Mishra, a former Minister, has been carrying on a campaign against Chief Minister Kejriwal.
