Chandrababu Naidu Moves Into New House In Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad

Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister, Chandrababu Naidu, yesterday, has moved into a new house, after having a formal house-warming ceremony, in Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad.

The newly constructed house is built in the place of the old house, where Naidu stayed for 30 years. Naidu’s earlier house is at Road No. 65, Jubilee Hills of Hyderabad. And now, the AP CM reportedly has moved to a rented house in Road No 24, Jubilee Hills.

Sources say that, the house-warming ceremony was strictly a family affair, and has not even invited any close members of his Telugu Desam Party (TDP).

Coming to the details of the details of the building, the area of the original building was 1,125 square yards. Additionally, Naidu’s family has acquired another piece of land measuring 1,285 square yards, just adjacent to his old house. The total areas of these two plots, were used for the construction of this new bungalow.

Naidu wants to accommodate visitors to his house, and the joining of new family member and grandson, Nara Devansh, could be the reason for the expansion of his house, for family needs.

The five-storeyed bungalow, built on par excellence with international quality standards, measures more than 20,000 sq ft. The new building, is said to be completely Vastu compliant, and built under the personal supervision of his wife Bhuvaneswari. Bhuvaneswari, who successfully runs family business Heritage Foods, is the Vice Chaiperson and Managing Director of the company.

The total construction cost of the new building is around Rs 10 crore. Naidu and his minister-son, Nara Lokesh have raised a loan of Rs 7 Crore, from Bank Of Baroda, says unconfirmed sources.

The bungalow, besides chambers for his office and security staff, has a huge conference room for the AP CM to hold meetings whenever he visits Hyderabad. It also has provision of library and other recreational activities. There is also a huge car parking space, that can accommodate at least 20 cars at a time, sources say.

Meanwhile, Naidu after completing “Satyanarayana Vratham” and other formalities connected with the house warming ceremony, is likely to fly Delhi today, and resume back work.
