Hyderabad for the third time in the country has been declared as the best city to live in India as per the survey conducted by Mercer’s Quality of Living rankings for the year. Hyderabad surprised metropolitans like Mumbai, New Delhi and Bengaluru informed Mercer. The surprise comes here as the national capital New Delhi has been declared to be ranked the lowest.

Hyderabad has been followed by Pune and they have been leading the list for quality living in the country. Chennai too marginally increased in transport and metro system. Hyderabad slipped down in the availability of water and power supply issues. However it has been ranked top because of the low crime rate and efficient police force. Globally Vienna occupies the first place among the best cities to lead a quality life.
