After YSRCP MLA Roja was denied entry in AP assembly, the situations took an ugly turn.
It was known that, Roja was offered an interim relief from the suspension from the AP assembly and after that, the firebrand MLA, with the court papers in hand, did some high drama, yesterday.
Extending the level of attack, today, Roja along with other YSRCP leaders tried to enter into assembly. But after the security denied the entry, the lady MLA, along with several other leaders, protested in front of the assembly.
Not stopping there, the party MLAs even went to Raj Bhavan for complaining against the AP government, for not concerning the high court order. However, the governor, Narasimhan is unavailable at the office.
YSRCP chief, Jagan wanted the Chief Marshal and officials to give in writing that they would not allow Roja inside the Assembly. The officials, however did not budge and insisted on Ms. Roja leaving the premises.
Speaking to the media upon the issue, Jagan said, “The AP government is acting against the rules. How can it ignore high court order?”
Adding further, the party chief said, “The speaker is supportive to TDP and the government is buying all the YSRCP MLAs trapping them”.
Even MLA Roja, in her typical style, fired on the government officials and questioned about the existence of democracy in the state.
Meanwhile, the speaker in AP assembly, Kodela Siva Prasad Rao, said that High Court copies would be given to the members, and take an appropriate decision on Monday.
As there is anyway high court order, at this point of time, it would be better, if the government takes wise decision and allow Roja into assembly. Otherwise, the oppositions are expected to market the situation, blaming the government for allegedly insulting the High Court.
