Jagan to give up GHMC elections!

The situations prevailing in the Telugu states are allegedly making YSRCP to step back in the upcoming GHMC elections.

In the last held Warangal by-poll, as expected, TRS rocked with the bumper majority. But what shocked everyone is that, none of the oppositions, could not even get the deposits.

Adding to the bad fortune of YSRCP, an unknown party, dominated and occupied the fourth position, in those elections, after TRS, Congress, TDP. It was then, many YSRCP leaders speculated that Jagan’s party has nothing to do in the future politics.

On the other side, the party chief, failed in cornering the government’s faults, which further dipped the image of Jagan and his party.

It is because of that, several leaders are quitting the party. Reportedly, another six leaders are coming out of Jagan’s party, on Sankranthi.

Recently, it is known that, Jagan met Dasari Narayana Rao, keeping in mind, his popularity in Kapu community.

But, due to the some hidden internal pressures, reportedly, Dasari denied to support Jagan. It was then, the YSRCP chief decided to step back in GHMC elections.

The reason behind taking this decision is, TRS again has good scope to prove its ability in the elections and Congress position is still puzzled. Moreover, as TDP joins hands with BJP, it has the chances to occupy, next position after TRS. So, the left over party is YSRCP, which has chances to face severe bad fortune again.

If at all, Jagan comes forward and participates and loses the election, then the already prevailing buzzes about the inefficiency of Jagan’s party in cornering the government, would be strengthened.

Unwilling to give that chance to the public and the oppostions, Jagan chose the safe side. The close sources  say that, right now, Jagan is planning to make special focus on Andhra region and develop the party, staying away from the polls.
