First building in Amaravati, hints negative report!

Amaravati stone laying ceremony was conducted one month back. A few opined that, the construction works would be started immediately after the ceremony. But there are no such immediate signs.

But currently from the official sources, it was found out that, the construction works are going to start soon. Firstly, they would construct a huge building consisting of 40 floors in an area of 500 acres in Lingaayapalaem. This is going to be the first building to witness the capital city of Andhra Pradesh, Amaravati.

In the same building, there would be several government officials’ offices, right from the Secretariat to Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister’s office. On the 40th floor, CM’s office would be constructed.

Not only CM, even several other ministers, MLAs and other government offices also would be constructed in the same building, keeping in mind the strict administration. As the building is big, the officials are estimating that, it would cost them Rs. 3000 crores.

So this range of building  is expected to take a long time, but the officials are keen on completing it before 2019 elections, expecting that, it would be a witness to show to the public, that, the construction would be carried on, in the similar way, even after re-electing TDP.

But a few of the political analysts opine that, constructing the government officials’ offices first, would not create any influence in the public, as those offices, cannot be related or used by the public.

Instead of constructing those, they opine that, starting the historical construction, with some public welfare building, would hint the public, that government is concerned about the public welfare and that point is expected to be a major strength, to promote in the campaigning of 2019 elections.
