Chittor Mayor, Anuradha was murdered at the municipal office, just-a-while.

Mayor Anuradha was first chosen as the nomination candidate from TDP, for the MLC elections. But reportedly, she omitted it as the post is just for two years. This was severely taken by Andhra Pradesh Chief Minsiter Chandrababu Naidu and opted Prathibha as the candidate.

Within a few minutes of party’s aggressive decision, Anuradha pleaded Naidu, to consider her as the MLC candidate, but Naidu remained strict with his decision. After that incident, much was not heard about Anuradha in the media.  

Today, in a municipal office, Anuradha was brutally murdered with knives and also by gunfire by four to six unknown persons. The murder is turning as the mystery and even awakening suspicions, as the mayor’s security and other people are just at the door.

Three people have attacked mayor and also her husband Mohan. Anuradha has died on the spot and Mohan, who has survived with the injuries, is being shifted to the Veluru hospital, for the treatment.

Reportedly, the murderers shot the bullets on the mayor’s eyes and chest and so with no delay, she left her breath on the spot.

Two out of four to six killers got surrendered in one town police station. Currently, 144 section is imposed in the city.
