The TDP and BJP leaders are getting into deeper rivalry day by day and is hinting that they may part their ways soon.
Upon the pressure of the public and oppositions about the special status, the state government had tried to convince the centre about it.
But as the centre is not giving any such clarity on special status and moreover, cornering the state government about the corruption, internally, the war of words is increasing between the TDP and BJP leaders.
In the recent times, BJP MLC Somu Veerraju has slammed against Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu several times. He said that, Naidu is taking the credit from the people, for all the schemes sponsored by the central government.
Along with him, even other BJP leaders like Vizag MP Kambhampati Hari Babu and Kavuri Sambasiva Rao also busted on the TDP government recently.
On the other side, TDP leaders are giving the strong counters to the BJP leaders in the right times. Kanna Lakshminarayana took a strong exception to the TDP leaders criticizing the Prime Minister Narendra Modi and yesterday, BJP MLC Budda Venkanna lashed out at Somu Veerraju, saying that, he became an MLC because of the mercy of Naidu.
Along with Somu Veerraju, Budda Venkanna has even criticized Kavuri, Purandeswari and Kanna Lakshmi Narayana saying that, they are the agents of Sonia Gandhi, and would be jumping into the Congress party, just before the elections. He warned all the BJP leaders, not to defame Naidu in the state, with the baseless allegations.
Needless to say that, both TDP and BJP have mutually benefited in the 2014 elections, by joining the hands. So if the present conditions are taken into consideration, it seems, they might be contesting independently next time.
However, the political analysts say that, all these rivalries are the part and parcel of the politics and would again join hands in the next elections too, keeping in mind the mutual benefit.
