KCR strategy to win AP people hearts

Telangana Chief Minister KCR reportedly decided to donate Rs. 200 crores for the construction of AP capital Amaravati.

After the dual Telugu state Chief Ministers met each other in the name of Amaravati, it is known that, KCR attended Amaravati stone laying ceremony recently. On the stone, along with the other officials, even KCR’s name is also spotted. Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu has already informed about it to KCR.

So, KCR, who is even trying to maintain cordial relations with AP, reportedly decided to announce Rs. 200 crores to Amaravati, on the stone ceremony day itself.

When Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s visit was confirmed, everyone, along with KCR felt that, the PM would announce any financial assistance to AP state and so decided to announce after his declaration.

But to the shock, Modi did not utter anything about it and ended his speech. So KCR felt that, if he announces any financial support to Amaravati, it might be insulting to PM and so maintained mum on the issue.

On the other side, the political biggies say that, if at all, KCR had announced Rs. 200 crores on the ceremony itself, then PM would have announced more financial help than KCR, with no other option left. Moreover, KCR’s image would have increased among the AP people.

KCR waiting for the right time!

So currently, KCR is coining the same plan. It is known that, AP people gave a grand welcome to Telangana CM KCR in Amaravati stone ceremony. So at this time, if he announces the financial support before PM, he would be turning as a hero among AP people and thus Modi, who is already receiving huge criticism, might further  dig himself into the ground or he might come forward to announce any special package.

In that situation too, again credit goes into KCR’s account, as PM came down due to him.

So it is to be seen, whether KCR even conquers AP peoples’ hearts, along with Telangana people.
