Amaravathi contributions through ‘e-brick’ now

Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu has launched 'Amaravathi e-brick' programme, through which he intends to invite the financial contributions from Andhrites for building Amaravathi.

Amaravathi capital stone ceremony is going to be held on October 22nd and meanwhile, Chandrababu Naidu is doing his best to procure all the needs for implementing the programme successfully.

For constructing the capital, he is leaving no stone unthrown, He procured the land through the land pooling, master plan from Singapore and invited funds from the NRIs. But as the project is big, the AP government is still lacking the funds.

Why only Rs. 10 for Amraathi e-brick programme?

So it now came up with a unique scheme called “e-brick” programme on a website ‘Amaravathi.gov.in’. The Andhrites or anyone, who is willing to contribute to the capital construction can do it, through this programme by just Rs. 10 as the contribution.

In the past, when Naidu invited donations, there is no enough response, but when the contribution is just Rs. 10, Naidu is expecting that, many people come forward as the amount is affordable by anyone. He says, “Be a part of the historical construction of Andhra Pradesh and take the pleasure, by just donating Rs. 10.”

“An electronic database of the contributors, who contributed for e-brick drive, will be maintained and accordingly, the AP government will send the certificates, bearing my signature on it,” Naidu said.

Amaravathi stone ceremony invitations to the farmers in person

For the capital foundation stone ceremony, Chandrababu Naidu ordered the officials to call every farmer in person, reaching out to their homes. Needless to say, only the farmers, who gave the lands for the capital construction, will be in the list.

Even a special programme is designed on the Amaravathi stone ceremony day, to thank all the farmers for giving their lands.

Invitations will completely be sent by 18th of this month, even to all the Chief Ministers of the country, along with other important leaders.

Nara Lokesh counters Jagan, for his comments on Amaravathi ceremony

As of now, Jagan already said that, he is not going to attend the ceremony under any circumstances and reacting to this, Nara Lokesh said, hope Jagan realizes that it is a dream come true for 5 crore Andhrites.

Not stopping there, Lokesh further said, “Change your mind and donate Rs. 1 lakh crore, before making baseless comments on Amaravathi stone ceremony.”

It seems Jagan’s absence for stone ceremony might create severe political disturbances among the biggies, as the occasion is once in a life time. However, it should be seen, whether Jagan changes his mind in the last minute and attend the ceremony.
