Supreme Court said that, the judgment on Yakub Memon case is right and cancelled the curative petition filed and declared the death sentence to Yakub.

It is known that, Yakub Memon is declared death sentence and also court ordered in the past, that he should be hanged on July 30th. But due to the various opinions from the Supreme Court judges, it was assumed that Yakub’s curative petition might change his fate.

But to the shock, Supreme Court cancelled Yakub’s curative petition and said that, there is no fault in the judgment declared earlier. However, after considering curative judgment too, Yakub’s fate did not change.

Today, the Supreme Court declared the death sentence to Yakub Memon. He is going to be hanged in Nagpur, tomorrow at 7am.

None of his last minute trails like mercy petition or curative petition saved Yakub from being hanged.

Yakub is one of the key persons in Mumbai terror attacks in the past. Regarding this, he is imprisoned from the past 20 years. Finally, Supreme Court gave its judgment today, which is been awaited since years. This would be a celebration time for the families, who lost their people in Mumbai attack.
