Rishiteshwari case: Right justice is a question

If the current situations prevailing in Rishiteshwari case are taken into consideration, the right judgment seems to be a big question. Let us get into detail, about those situations.

Rishiteshwari case: Babu Rao sexual harassments in the past:

Though Principal Babu Rao was alleged to be involved in several sexual harassments in the college, belonging to the upper caste and also for having political influence, no one tried to move against him.

Rishiteshwari case: Not suicide, it’s a murder!:

With the support of Babu Rao, the senior students Charan and Srinivas harassed Rishiteshwari, and shared her semi nude video to other students. That video allegedly made Rishiteshwari to commit suicide. But, Rishiteshwari parents said that, “our daughter is not that coward, when she faced the similar situation in Vijayawada intermediate college, she slapped the lecturer, who harassed her sexually." Saying this, Rishiteshwari parents pleaded the police to investigate Rishiteshwari issue as a murder case.

Unanswered questions in Rishiteshwari case:

Who dropped Rishiteshwari down, after seeing her hanging to the fan?

How did the Rishiteshwari death news reached the boys hostel, before reaching to her neighboring roommates?

Who saw Rishiteshwari hanging first and why did they inform Principal Babu Rao first?

Why did not the hostel warden informed first?

Why there is not even a single proof to say that Rishiteshwari committed suicide?

Why did Principal Babu Rao resign the post, before getting suspended?

Who is saving Babu Rao?

As ordered by the Supreme Court, every college is supposed to establish an Anti Ragging committee in the college. Then why there is no such committee in Anu college?

What happened in the movie theatre?

Where is the Rishiteshwari’s semi nude video?

What is the reason behind declaring 10 days of holidays in the college?

Why is Telangana Chief Minister KCR silent on Rishiteshwari issue, though knowing that, the girl belongs to Telangana?

What happened in public discussion about Rishiteshwari case?

To speak about the Rishiteshwari suicide issue, the students, the student organizations and also the media were assembled in a public meeting, forming a committee. During this meeting, a few of the students submitted video of Principal Babu Rao, who was spotted dancing with the girl students. This was objected by Babu Rao related caste students and said that, it is their college’s personal activity. They even objected Babu Rao’s suspension, saying that, he is very experienced and later attacked the student organizations.

Rishiteshwari case: What is so wrong in dancing, with the students? - Professor Pichhaiah

After the committee was postponed, reacting to the issue, the committee member Professor Pichhaiah said that, there is no such wrong in dancing with the students, that too, being drunk.

This clearly symbolizes the peaks of caste madness in him. After his open statement and also after Babu Rao related caste students attack in the committee, it might almost be impossible to take action against the culprits in the case. We all can guess that, what would be the situation, if Babu Rao and others were the common people, without any kind of background.

Andhrawishesh view:

India or to say Telugu states are being developed in all the fields and our people are being identified even across the world. But it is pathetic that, still these caste dominations are taking place among the people. If the culprits in Rishiteshwari case are left safe, then the attacks on girls would not end with Rishiteshwari. There will be more Rishiteshwaris’ in future, as it encourages the caste dominators. Justice will have its identity, only if the culprits in Rishiteshwari death issue are punished. So let us wish and also pray that, the right justice be declared, for all those culprits.

Regarding this, the social media is already promoting the Rishiteshwari death issue, with the following hash tags. #Rishiteshwari #WeWantJustice #JusticeForRishiteshwari

Let us also follow and express our views, using those tags in the social media.
