After TNSF attack on Nagarjuna University students, the second incident which went viral in the University is, when another student named, Bhagyalaxmi was harassed in the college in the past.  

Before Rishiteshwari case, Bhagyalaxmi was harassed by the seniors in the college. They allegedly forced Bhagyalaxmi to love the seniors. The girl then complained the issue to her parents, where they found helpless, though they approached the college management.

Later, the seniors allegedly threatened Bhagyalaxmi that, they have the support of TDP Minister Pratthipati Pulla Rao and so no one can react against them. This issue has come out when the officials started inquiry about Rishiteshwari case.

Rishiteshwari case: Management response when questioned about Bhagyalaxmi

Regarding this, when the management was questioned about Bhagyalaxmi, they said that, they suspended all the seniors who harassed her. But the truth is, they are still attending the classes, staying in the University guest house. But to stay in the guest house, registrar permission is needed.

So knowing the cruelty of the students, how come the registrar permitted them to stay in the guest house? Is not it the caste domination supported by the political influence? Is not this university reaction on Bhagyalaxmi incident, that influenced other seniors to harass Rishiteshwari and finally lead to her death?
