The devotees taking the holy dips at various ghats in the Godavari Pushkaraalu fired on YSRCP MLA Roja for criticizing the Pushkaraalu event.

It is known that Roja criticized Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu about Pushkaraalu event. Demanding the explanation for the tragic deaths on the first day of Pushkaraalu, Roja also said that, Naidu is promoting Pushkaraalu just to divert the public from the cash for vote issue and the reason behind hyping the Singapore officials Amaravathi master capital plan issue is to divert the common public from the Pushkaraalu deaths episode.   

In fact, many other opposition party leaders like YSRCP party president Jagan, Congress leaders Chiranjeevi, Raghuveera Reddy etc, fired on Chandrababu Naidu for the poor arrangements at the Pushkaraalu ghats, opining that due to those, the deaths are caused.

But the reaction from public has come out, after Roja busted out in the media yesterday. Reacting to this, the Pushkaraalu devotees fired on Roja saying that, the first day Pushkaraalu deaths incident is an unfortunate one. That cannot be utilized for the political motives. They even said, “the arrangements at the Pushkaraalu ghats are very good and that is the reason for many devotees across the country to visit Andhra Pradesh Pushkaraalu ghats, instead of Telangana,”and also thanked Naidu for the arrangements.
