Sandra bail petition postponed to Monday

The hearing on the bail petition of TDP MLA Sandra Venkata Veeraiah, who was alleged to be involved in cash for vote scam, is postponed to Monday.

It is known that, the High court has granted the ACB for taking Sandra under their custody for two days. During the two days, he would be interrogated by the ACB between 9 am to 4.30 pm.

On the other side, Sandra had applied for the bail and regarding this, he filed a petition in the court, but as of now, the court had postponed the hearing on the petition on Monday.

If this is the case with Sandra, the ACB is very strict on the issue and so, the officials have pleaded the court not to grant the bail, alleging Sandra that, he knows from where the money came in the cash for vote case and in fact, that is the reason for his uncooperative attitude during the interrogation.

It seems the court is letting the ACB to complete their two days of interrogation with Sandra and then, finally consider the bail petition, as it was done in the former alleged members in the cash for vote case like Revanth Reddy and Matthaiah.
