The High Court granted the bail to TDP MLA Revanth Reddy and other members, who are allegedly involved in cash for vote scam.

It is known that, Revanth Reddy applied for the bail, saying that his investigation by the ACB officials has already completed. For the past few days, after several postponements, the judgment is finally out today. After the proper scrutiny, the court granted the bail to Reddy and other two members, Uday Simha and Sebastian, who are involved in the cash for vote scam.     

Though the prosecution lawyer argued that, Revanth Reddy might use his influence to destroy the evidence relating to the case, if he was sent out, the court did not accept the argument of the lawyer and granted the bail to Reddy and his team. However the team was ordered to surrender the passport and asked them to be only in Kodangal, Hyderabad.  
 
If all the formalities gets completed, Revanth Reddy might be out today itself. Yesterday the Stephenson petition against Matthaiah was cancelled and today, Revanth Reddy was issued the bail. It seems, the TDP officials’ prayers on the case are getting a result now. On the other hand the Telangana government is gradually losing the hope on the case and might finally be cornered in it, if the same happy showers continues to fall on the TDP government.
