Revanth bail plea postpones to June 30th

Revanth Reddy bail petition case was postponed to June 30th by the High Court.

According to the Telangana advocate general, when the case is being investigated by the officials, it might be a controversy again, if the bail is issued to the A1 accused on cash for vote scam.

On the other side, ACB officials strongly said that, if Revanth Reddy is issued bail, there would be an every chance for him to influence the witness relating to the case. When the court questioned that, what is the strong reason to stop giving the bail to Revanth Reddy, the advocate general, said that, “there are many evidences to prove Revanth Reddy is the culprit, if the case is proved, then he has a chance of experiencing five years of imprisonment.”

If this is the case with Telangana advocate general, the lawyer on behalf of Revanth Reddy said that, “the ACB officials had already completed four days of interrogation with Reddy and all the accused people.” So he pleaded the court to grant the bail. He further assured that, Revanth Reddy would be always available for the investigation, whenever the police call him.

However, the decision of the court will be final regarding granting the bail. June 30th is that date.
