As expected, the ACB officials targeted TDP officials by issuing the notices to a few of the MLAs like MLA Sandra Venkata Veeraiah and MLC Vem Narender Reddy and already started inquiring Vem Narender Reddy and even he is not an exception, if found guilty.

Wednesday is considered to be the high tension day in the dual politics and as expected, the tension is taking new turns on the day. As mentioned above, two of the TDP leaders already received the notices from the ACB officials.

Along with this, if the reports are to be believed, there are 20 more leaders, who are about to receive the notices. Such notice restricts the ministers from flying out of the country, until they receive further notice.

Is ACB permitted to question the leaders?

There is a buzz that, according to the section CRPC 160, ACB has gotten all the necessary permissions to issue the notices and question the alleged leaders today.

On the other side, the TRS leaders are expressing their style of oppositions on AP government. Putting one step further, TRS leader, Jeevan Reddy gave an open statement that, issuing notices to 20 leaders is just a trailer, the full film is yet to release very soon.

On the other side, a few of the political critics are opining that, how can such crucial details of ACB notices, be leaked to the TRS party leaders, which are supposed to be confidential.

Presently, the TDP officials are in such a position, as to just wait to receive the ACB notices and nothing else.
