On Wednesday, Telugu Desam Party(TDP) 'Mahanadu' is going to be held amidst thousands of party workers in Gandipet, the outskirts of Hyderabad.
 
The main agenda of this programme is to discuss the various challenges, the party is going to face in the future and thus make proper proposals to emerge as a national party, the welfare and development programmes undertaken by the party government in Andhra Pradesh and its opposition role in Telangana. 

Nara Lokesh inspected the venue on Tuesday and made sure that all the arrangements are properly done.

34 types of  vegetarian items

According to the reports, more than 60000 party workers are expected to attend the annual conclave. For the three day event, the officials made proper arrangements regarding the food. A menu with over 34 types of vegetarian items from Telangana, Rayalseema and Andhra regions were planned for this event.

Andhra Pradesh DIG Iqbal is monitoring the security arrangements at the event. Chief minister Chandrababu Naidu is welcomed traditionally to the Mahanadu.

'Mahanadu' should be renamed to 'Daganadu'- Raghuveera Reddy

On the other hand, the opposition parties are making their style of oppositions on Mahanadu saying that, it is just for the personal benefit of the party, but it is nowhere concerned about the people.

Moving a step further, Congress senior leader, Raghuveera Reddy said, the programme name should be renamed to 'Daganadu' and explain the people of how Chandrababu deceived them.

However, amidst of all these oppositions, TDP party is still conducting 'Mahanadu' in a wide range.
