When the Modi led NDA government is completing its one year term, BJP President asserts that Modi government is here to change the system and deliver. He emphases the system is rotten with the inefficient administration and corruption of the UPA government, which has ruled the country continuously for 10 years. The term of UPA was filled with scams for amount unheard of. The total administration was paralysed. After the Modi government took over, the administration became vibrant and accountable. Even the opposition does not have any allegation of corruption for the past one year. This is a very great achievement said BJP supremo Amit shah.
Shah said, "A lot has happened in one year. Before this year, the entire country was being weighed down by corruption. There hasn't been one corruption charge against our government in the past one year. There was no development in the field of agriculture, industry and employment and the output was just negative and today it has all become positive. This government is committed to bring about change in the system."
"I believe that the Opposition has an equal role to play in the process of development and they should have supported the Land Bill but they did not. I have to say that we are not a majority in the Rajya Sabha, but we are fully committed to take this bill forward and I'm sure the Center will work towards it. We will have to try and bring everyone behind the bill, everyone should get onto the same platform. There are several places to play politics, but one shouldn't look at development as an opportunity to gain political mileage," Shah said.
Regarding transparency of the government Shah said, "We have got a chance to start afresh with coal allocations and spectrum allocations. Only 20 blocks have been allocated for coal extraction and we are expecting nearly Rs 2 lakh crore shortly and in the spectrum the government is expecting to receive Rs 1 lakh crore.”
It is for the first time that the people of India are coming to know that there is a government in the centre, which is working for the welfare of the citizens of this country. The people of this country are experiencing and knowing what is happening in the c\government. They are wondering about the level of transparency Modi government is displaying. The foreign visits of the Prime Minister have made the countries to reinstate the relationship and has initiated interest to invest in India and participate in the programs such as Made in India. The Made in India and Swach Bharat is considered as the best initiative by the visionary Prime Minister. The foreign visits by the Prime Minister has brought billions of investment to India which will help in developing infrastructure and open millions of job opportunity.
